On an individual project basis, Kathaliss is required to screen all its partners against specific criteria or service level agreements (SLAs) which have been determined in conjunction with the customer. From a short list of those who meet the desired criteria, the customer will make a selection and sign an agreement with this chosen partner before collaboration on the project will begin.
